Walker was heavy on job training and getting more state residents to work, but also pointed to taxes as an area where Wisconsin is doing better than before he took office – noting property taxes on a typical home in the state are about $116 lower than in 2010.

Walker also announced what he calls a 2020 Vision Project, aimed at getting ideas from people around the state that will help shape Wisconsin in the next 20 years.

The governor plans listening sessions throughout the state to gather opinions.
