Icy conditions
believed to be cause

A fatal crash this morning on Highway 61 occurred halfway between La Crescent and Winona.

 

Two cars were involved, though no names have been released, yet.

Icy conditions on 61 are believed to be the cause of the accident, which happened around 6 a.m.
