Railroads are getting increasingly likely to enforce trespassing laws. That means you could get a ticket for simply crossing their tracks unless you’re doing so at a legal crossing point. Representative Lee Nerison has sponsored a bill to make crossings legal. We spoke with him about what his bill would cover.
