Mom sicks daughter on 16-year-old cashier, who denied use of 12 coupons at Burger King
Cashier had swollen eye, headache
MILWAUKEE — A mother and daughter are accused of attacking a 16-year-old Burger King cashier, after she wouldn’t allow them to use 12 coupons on one meal.
Latonia Howell, 41, and her 23-year-old daughter Jasmeika Simon have been charged with physically abusing a child, after jumping the teenage cashier for “disrespecting Howell,” according to the criminal complaint.
It also said, Simon admitted to police that she “jumped” the teen, began punching her and threatened to return with her gun.
The cashier ended up with a swollen eye and a headache.
The incident started when Howell got angry Feb. 27 when the cashier wouldn’t let her use all of the coupons, so she left the Burger King and later returned with her daughter and another woman, for some reason.
According to police, Howell described Simon as her “little monster” because she’s “no joke” in being able to fight.
How the two discovered a secret loophole into being able to use 12 separate coupons on one meal is still a mystery police could possibly be investigating.
The two face up to six years in jail and $10,000 in fines.
