Free diabetes health screenings in La Crosse

Deadline to sign up is today

Many people in La Crosse County are at risk for diabetes and probably aren’t aware of it. According to a study done recently by the county, that number is 20,000. 

On Thursday, a free health screening in available for those who register today.

The screenings will take place at the Southside Neighborhood Center in La Crosse and the Onalaska YMCA from 6:30-9 a.m.

Call either location to schedule an appointment. You must fast (no food or drink) for eight hours prior to the screening.
