Harley Davidson on Fortune 500 list for 15th year

Ten companies from Wisconsin make list

For the 15th year, Harley Davidson, arguably Wisconsin’s most iconic brand, has cracked the Fortune 500 list.

The Milwaukee company sits at No. 432 on the just-released list.

Wisconsin has 10 companies on the Fortune 500 list, that’s 16th most in the U.S.

New York has the most at 54, while 11 states have no companies on the list.  

Wisconsin-based American Family Insurance comes in at No. 332. 

Johnson Controls tops the list of Wisconsin companies on the Fortune 500 at number 70.  

No. 1, again, is Walmart with a revenue over $482 million. Exxon Mobil and Apple come in Nos. 2-3.
