Students said he was on Xanax and heroin earlier

His death is being blamed on an overdose of a mixture of morphine and a prescription drug.

That’s the report from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, which released the information Tuesday on Connor Glynn’s death.

The 19-year-old University of Wisconsin-La Crosse student was found unconscious in his Angell Hall dorm, April 10.

On April 14, the Hartland, Wis., native died at the Rochester, Minn., hospital.

The medical examiner’s report describes the cause of Glynn’s death as complications of Alprazolam and morphine intoxication.

Alprazolam is better known as Xanax.

Police reports say students saw Glynn taking Xanax and heroin during the weekend that he overdosed.

The university is still investigating.
