Body found in creek in Winona

60-year-old’s name withheld

A body has been found in a creek in Winona, but police say no foul play is suspected.

The body of a 60-year-old man was  found last night face down in Gilmore Creek, behind the former K-Mart.

Police say there is no sign of foul play, and no danger to the public.

The man’s name is being withheld pending the notification of relatives.
