Sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ … wait, lawyers?
Black River lawyer running prostitution-drug ring
All that was missing for a Jackson County law office appears to be the rock ‘n’ roll.
James Ritland is suspected of giving clients money to buy drugs in exchange for sex acts with those victims, according to investigators.
The drugs allegedly were sold behind Ritland’s law office. Buyers would the use the drugs inside the office before the sex acts. The accusations come from three victims.
Ritland hasn’t been arrested, but the sheriff’s office said there’s enough evidence to bring drug and prostitution charges against the 62-year-old Black River Falls, Wis., man.
