Oktoberfest named at Festmasters Ball

Joe Kruse has been named the Festmaster for the 2016 Oktoberfest.

Kruse is the chief administrative officer for the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse.

He and his wife Barb have been married 37 years and have lived in La Crosse since the early 1980s. They have four sons and two granddaughters.
