Sparta man pulled over for 6th drinking and driving, after warrant skipping court for 5th OWI
Police suspected a suspended license, found he was drunk.
A Sparta, Wis. man was pulled over for his sixth OWI because of an arrest back in February for another drunk driving arrest.
Russell Hierl was pulled over in Monroe County for a suspected suspended license. He was found to have been drinking.
The 51-year-old Hierl had a warrant out for failing to show up in court two weeks ago for another drunk driving arrest from February.
Hierl is expected in court today.
