Faces charges for dealing, trafficking.

An accused drug dealer apparently hasn’t been able to stay out of business very long.

Baldwin has now been arrested by La Crosse police on drug dealing charges four times in less than a year and a half and the second time in two months.

Baldwin was already facing charges for drunk driving and drug dealing. Out on $10,000 bond, he was arrested again for dealing out of an apartment at 1315 4th St. South.

Police said they used an informant to get Baldwin for dealing cocaine.

They nabbed him with $1,073 in cash and an estimated $5,700 worth of cocaine and crack.

Baldwin and his son were arrested in May after being chased by police on the north side of La Crosse.

The latest charges:
