Large item pick-up scheduled for spring in La Crosse
Big item collection days have been set for La Crosse.
The city holds an annual large item collection curbside pick-up every spring.
It’s the only time during the year large items like sofas and tables get picked up for free.
This year, the collection dates start May 14 and run through June 8.
Electronics and appliances will not get picked up.
The large item pick-up is meant to coincide with the big student move out every spring in an effort to minimize the amount of furniture dumped curbside.
