Snow emergency 9 a.m. Wednesday, all-day alternate-side parking rules back on
Get ready for 24-hour alternate-side parking again.
Due to the impending severe weather predicted to hit La Crosse, the city has issued another 48-hour Snow Disposal Period beginning at 9 a.m.
Alternate-side parking will be in effect the entire time, meaning cars will have to be on the even side of the street Wednesday and Friday and the odd side of the street Thursday.
Drivers will have between 9 p.m. – midnight to move their cars to the appropriate side of the street.
About 3-5 inches of ice/snow mix is expected Wednesday.
