15-year-old to be charged as adult in gang rape, while 17-year-old, arrested again, facing charges
One accused in a gang rape of two teenage girls was arrested again, while another will charged as an adult in La Crosse County court.
Dominique Hister will face charges related to the alleged brutal sexual assault of two runaway girls in a south side garage in October.
According to a criminal complaint, the 15-year-old Hister was among a group who assaulted the 15- and 16-year-old girls, who said they were sexually assaulted by more than 10 people and were beaten.
The two girls had run away from the Family & Children’s Center on Oct. 29.
Several other people who may have been involved in the attack have never been identified.
Hister’s been in jail on a $10,000 bond since Monday.
Meanwhile, police credit the public for helping them track down 17-year-old Ronald Crosby, who’s also been charged in the sexual assault.
They say he’s been out on bond since last year, repeatedly violating terms of that bond.
Police say, last week, Crosby returned his monitoring equipment to Justice Support Services, walked out the door and disappeared. They arrested him Thursday, after a tip from the public.
