Runaway teen sought in Vernon County area
Area police are looking for a runaway teenager, last seen in Viroqua on Sunday.
Fifteen-year-old Zachary Blackwood was wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, and a Chicago Bulls cap.
Sheriff’s officers in Vernon, Richland, and La Crosse Counties are asking for the public’s help in finding Zachary.
