A man who had police-like blue lights on his vehicle was arrested early Sunday morning for OWI.

Authorities saw the lights activated on Vincent Ehlert’s vehicle, while he was driving down Main Street in La Crosse.

Police pulled the 22-year-old over and he told them he was just cruising around.

Ehlert had a 14- and 15-year-old girl in the car with him. Police say he had been at an underage-drinking party that was broken up an hour earlier.

He also failed a field sobriety tests. Ehlert blew a .054 on a breathalyzer and had a green film on his tongue, indicating marijuana use.

He was arrested with possessing a knife as a felon, along with the police-like lights on his car.
