Coon Valley residents asked to limit water usage as sewer isn’t fully operational

The Village of Coon Valley is asking residents to limit their water usage.

Because of flooding, the sewer collection system is not fully operational at this time.

Repairs are in the works, but will take time, as crews work around the clock to keep the sewer system functioning.

The village doesn’t expect normal operation to resume until next week.

Displaced Coon Valley residents may seek emergency accommodations at the Westby Area School Field House.

The Village office has Salvation Army flood cleanup kits available at no cost and are available at 205 Anderson Street.

The Village also says if you have suffered losses, please take pictures and document the damages.
