Georgia man accused of threatening, online stalking local woman

Bond has been set at $10,000 for a Georgia man accused of stalking and threatening a La Crosse woman he had met online.

According to a criminal complaint, Jaron Marshall became angry with the woman for ending their online relationship.

The 25-year-old Marshall posted videos criticizing the woman and started making threats to kill her.

Investigators say Marshall sent her a video of him holding a knife, saying he was coming after her.

The woman told sheriff’s officers that before, breaking up, she had sent Marshall a bus ticket so he could come to La Crosse.
