La Crosse police investigate body found on downtown awning
La Crosse police are still trying to work through how a body of a man wound up on the awning of the Grand River Station downtown.
The body was found Tuesday morning on the Jay Street side of the building.
It’s likely the man fell from above and died on impact.
The man’s name has not been released.
