Walker, in La Crosse, condemns bomb mailings, saying no one is responsible except the perp

Federal officials have been fairly quiet on their initial findings of bombs sent to several notable democrats earlier this week.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker gave his thoughts on the situation while speaking with reporters in La Crosse on Thursday.

“Any attempt of terrorism against any American is an attack against all Americans,” Walker said. “The people who ultimately put these devices out, can’t use the excuse of someone else’s words.

“If you commit a crime, I don’t care what the rhetoric is. That is inexcusable.”

The targets have included former President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, CNN and Rep. Maxine Waters of California.
