Bad parking job sets off La Crosse man, who took car jack to neighbor’s SUV
A La Crosse man faces a charge of criminal damage to property after taking a car jack to a neighbor’s truck.
La Crosse Police were called to an apartment building on 10th Street South on Saturday morning for damage to a 2004 Chevy Suburban.
Three windows were smashed out, the windshield wiper bent, a mirror broken and a pin was in one of the tires.
The owner suspected a neighbor, who had written an expletive-laden note weeks earlier, saying the vehicle was blocking his way out.
Sean DeMille said he was blocked in Friday afternoon and later went to the Marine Corps Ball.
The 24-year-old claimed he was intoxicated when he got home around 2 a.m. and did the damage because he was still angry.
DeMille did apologize for his actions.
