La Crosse woman caught in Richland County biggest meth bust

It’s being called the biggest meth bust ever in Richland County, and a young La Crosse woman is one of the suspects.

Richland Center Police pulled a car over late Sunday night for an equipment problem and found that a passenger was wanted on an arrest warrant.

A search of the car turned up about 40 grams of meth, along with drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Clarke of Richland Center is charged with meth possession, resisting an officer and bail jumping.

The car’s driver, Taylor Marie Stolpa of La Crosse, is accused of operating with a restricted controlled substance.

The 19-year-old was just arrested in La Crosse last week for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer.

Clarke was already charged with meth possession in Richland County back in June.
