A Tomah man is accused of carrying a quarter-pound of meth in his truck, just weeks after getting probation for a different drug crime.

Thirty-six-year-old Bobby Ostrum was pulled over by Sparta police on Friday, for driving erratically.

A search turned up meth and marijuana in his pickup, along with drug paraphernalia.

Police say meth was hidden inside boxes previously used for cologne and Scotch tape.

In October, Ostrum was sentenced to three years of probation in Monroe County, for an unrelated case involving meth.

Ostrum also has an open drug-related case in La Crosse County, where he has a plea hearing scheduled in March.
