Trempealeau County man in jail for suspected child abuse

An Osseo man is in the Trempeleau County Jail on charges that he abused his son.

The Osseo Police Department said it was dispatched by the Trempealeau County Human Services Department because a child was in the ER with injuries, possibly sustained from shaken baby syndrome.

The baby was flown to Rochester for treatment but his condition is unknown.

After an investigation, 23-year-old Mitchel Feyen was arrested for recklessly causing great bodily harm to a child.
