A La Crosse woman couldn’t handle her alcohol on Christmas Eve.

That was the opinion of one family member about Amber Nolan.

Police were called to an apartment building on Mormon Coulee Road shortly before 8 p.m.

The 36-year-old Nolan had apparently lost control, after her mother asked for her phone back, according to the report.

Nolan broke the phone, some dishes, tore down the blinds, destroyed some Christmas ornaments and knocked over the Christmas tree. And, on her way out, she also broke the fire extinguisher glass.

She was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
