The prosecution and defense at the Michael Mohr trial in Winona County reportedly have reached an agreement, allowing the charges against Mohr to be dropped if he stays out of trouble for three years.

This week’s trial ended abruptly because the accuser, an underage girl, apparently had changed her story since Mohr was arrested two years ago.

The girl had accused Mohr, who’s 45, of molesting her several times in one year.
