Pizza Ranch site plan approved by commission
The plans for a new pizza restaurant near Valley View Mall continues to take shape.
A Pizza Ranch will be built just off Highway 16, on land located below Famous Dave’s and Grizzly’s.
The La Crosse city plan commission approved the site plan and sent it to the council’s administration committee, which will review it Tuesday night.
Parking spaces will be placed closer to the street than to the restaurant, because of the unusual placement of utility lines underground, which restrict where the building can be constructed on the lot.
The new restaurant would be the first Pizza Ranch franchise to open in La Crosse County.
