Even as the temperature warms up in the region, winter hasn’t given up yet. 

More snow is expected in the area this weekend, starting tomorrow morning. 

The National Weather Service predicts 4 inches of snow for La Crosse from early Saturday into Sunday afternoon. 

Snowfall may be heavier at Rochester and Wabasha, but lighter as you go south of La Crosse. 

The city’s last measurable snowfall was a week ago, when La Crosse received 3 inches on March 1st.
