Court hearing delayed for second child porn suspect
A second child pornography suspect arrested this month in La Crosse County probably won’t get to court for another week or so.
Thomas Wessel had been scheduled for a court appearance on Wednesday, but prosecutors asked to delay that hearing until April 26, while they’re still gathering evidence on the 62-year-old.
Tony Drinkwine, 36, of Holmen already appeared on a child porn charge Tuesday.
Both have appeared in court, since being released each on $5,000 signature bonds.
A third man, arrested last week following a county-wide investigation, has not been charged in court yet.
