When police arrived, the 29-year-old Snapp yelling incoherently, before trying to open a police squad car’s passenger door.

When asked why he was naked, he told officers, “You already know man.”

He then told them not to make a big deal out of it.

He told police he took “a lot of drugs,” including meth, LSD, as well as heroin, which he “loves.”

He later told officers he ingested, “tons and tons and tons and tons and tons” of acid through sugar cubes and continued acting irrational.

The police report said Snapp began humming and singing about going to jail, while on the way to the La Crosse County Jail.

The complainant advised they had noticed the man, while dropping off several youth females from a church group event.

He is charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, as well as disorderly conduct.
