The Town of Shelby Board decided to not renew Carroll Vizecky's contract in May.

The Town of Shelby in La Crosse County is seeking a new town administrator after voting to not renew a contract for Carroll Vizecky. Town Board Chairman Timothy Candahl said the board reviewed Vizecky’s contract in May and decided things were not working. He said there was no fault on Vizecky’s part, but it was time for the town to move forward. Candahl said Vizecky served in that position for a couple of years prior.

The Town of Shelby hoped to have a new administrator in place by September. The deadline to apply is August 15th.
