A Taco Bell customer wasn’t acting normally in the drive-up lane the other night.
La Crosse police say a man drove erratically to the window at the Taco Bell on West Avenue, and then got out to pay for his food.
The man’s car had a flat tire as well.
Empty containers were found in the car, along with marijuana in a bag.
Twenty-one-year-old Michael Bouchie of Oronoco had a blood alcohol level of .20.
Bouchie is being charged with driving drunk and possessing pot.
This would be Bouchie’s third O-W-I charge, following convictions the last two years in Minnesota, before he turned 21.
