It took three days after the fact, but La Crosse police think they have found all the main people involved in a 3rd Street shooting from last weekend.

The use of security videos from local businesses helped in the search, according to Police Captain Jason Melby.

To answer concerns from the public about why the quality of the videos isn’t clearer, Melby says they try to get really good images, and he claims the cameras aren’t designed to get highly-detailed pictures.

Melby says the last person of interest was interviewed on Wednesday morning.

At least one man, Robert Powell IV, faces charges for firing a gun into the air outside the Who’s on Third bar.
