5th time OWI suspect arrested in La Crosse Co.
A driver from Trempealeau was asked by police if he was drunk.
He replied ‘Probably, could be–probably yes.’
Ronnie Wagner had a blood alcohol level of .23 when he was stopped on Saturday in Holmen, after another driver saw Wagner swerving between lanes in a heavy rain.
It’s at least the 5th drunk-driving arrest for the 61-year-old Wagner, convicted for the 4th time just last year in Trempealeau County.
Wagner also admitted he didn’t have a license.
