UPDATE: Minnesota State Patrol to temporarily close lanes following semi accidents
Drivers on both sides of the Mississippi are encountering traffic problems this morning on I-90, because of incidents involving semis.
We’ve been told that two semis have gone off the interstate and Highway 61 near Dresbach, on the Minnesota side, while a third has crashed near Exit 4 at Onalaska.
The Minnesota State Patrol said two semi-trucks entered the center median on I-90. Officers believed the rainy weather may have been a factor. They planned to close lanes after 9:00 a.m. to pull out the trucks once the morning traffic passed through. The only issue is it is a construction zone, so all of the lanes are not open.
No reports of injuries from those accidents.
