57-year-old arrested for 12th OWI in Trempealeau County

A 57-year-old Appleton, Wis., native was arrested in Trempealeau County over the weekend for his 12th OWI.

Jerome Pomeroy admitted to being drunk when he hit two parked cars on Highway 53-121, near County W in the Village on Pigeon Falls.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to the scene around 6:30 p.m. Friday and arrested Pomeroy, who also was charged with driving on a revoked license from an OWI, as well as a probation hold.
