Sex offender ready for release to La Crosse
A convicted sex offender is scheduled to be released next week in La Crosse, his second such release in six years.
Thomas Drusch is being let out of prison, after serving time for possessing child pornography.
The 64-year-old Drusch pleaded guilty after being caught looking up porn at computers in the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse campus library in 2013.
That offense occurred a short time after Drusch had been released from state supervision following previous sex crimes.
Drusch was convicted in the 1980s for sexually assaulting children.
