Onalaska man accused of stalking woman, arrested after tailgating police

An Onalaska man is accused of repeatedly stalking a woman over the last seven months.

Torek Inderberg allegedly has slowly driven past the woman’s home and her workplace at least two times in November. 

The 40-old-old was arrested after tailgating an unmarked La Crosse Police vehicle, then passing it in a left-hand turn lane.

Inderberg was convicted last year of stalking the same victim, and was ordered to stay away from her for a period of several years. 

He’s also suspected of sending threatening messages through Facebook. 

Inderberg is being kept in jail for a probation violation.

A native of Prairie du Chien, Brad graduated from UW - La Crosse and has worked in radio news for more than 30 years, mostly in the La Crosse area.
