Football coach Mike Schmidt to leave UW-La Crosse
The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse finds itself in need of a new football coach.
Mike Schmidt has accepted a new job as the head coach of Northern State’s football team.
Schmidt, who graduated and played for UW-L, has been coaching there the past four seasons, compiling a 27-13 record.
