A Crawford County man scheduled to reach a plea agreement in a 2017 overdose death faces new drug charges in La Crosse.

On Thursday, police found Zachary Miller standing outside a La Crosse house where drug activity has been suspected.

An officer claims Miller gave a false address on that street.

Miller was supposed to be under house arrest.

He’s accused of bail jumping, and also had meth in his pockets, along with cotton swabs which appeared to have traces of heroin.

In February, Miller is set to reach a negotiated plea in the death of Kyle Bott, who reportedly had overdosed on a drug that he bought from Miller.
