La Crosse couple facing new meth charges

An alleged drug deal in the Village Shopping Center parking lot has led to charges of dealing meth. 

Sandy Xiong and her boyfriend, Zachary Pupp, are accused of making a drug exchange this week with a dealer who traveled from Prairie du Chien to get meth. 

Judge Ramona Gonzalez has set Xiong’s bond at $50,000, while Pupp is jailed under a $25,000 bond.  

Police say Xiong and Pupp were in possession of at least $7000 worth of meth. 

They were arrested after Xiong allegedly met in the Village Shopping Center parking lot with a suspected dealer.

The two also face charges of trafficking drugs at a house on 22nd Street North in La Crosse.
