An alleged drug deal in the Village Shopping Center parking lot has led to charges of dealing meth.

Sandy Xiong and her boyfriend, Zachary Pupp, are accused of making a drug exchange this week with a dealer who traveled from Prairie du Chien to get meth.

Judge Ramona Gonzalez has set Xiong’s bond at $50,000, while Pupp is jailed under a $25,000 bond.

Police say Xiong and Pupp were in possession of at least $7000 worth of meth.

They were arrested after Xiong allegedly met in the Village Shopping Center parking lot with a suspected dealer.

The two also face charges of trafficking drugs at a house on 22nd Street North in La Crosse.
