La Crosse is rolling out the red carpet again this week for visitors to the MOSES organic farming conference, and that welcome includes free parking in three downtown ramps.

La Crosse Center manager Art Fahey asked the city board of public works on Monday to approve the special parking arrangement.

About 3000 people attended the event last year.
