Anderson was arrested last May, after Kyson Rice died at the Tomah hospital.

The 35-year-old Anderson had been taking care of Kyson when he stopped breathing.

He claimed to have hit the boy while performing CPR, but an autopsy showed the boy had several injuries to his body.

Anderson is facing a total of 13 charges, including 1st degree murder.

He pleaded not guilty in December.
