UW-L teaching online for rest of semester, locking down buildings
The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse will teach classes exclusively online for the rest of the semester.
The university is on spring break this week, and had been planning to do distance teaching at least until early April.
Wednesday, however, UW-L will be telecommuting.
The Murphy Library and the Recreational Eagle Center will be closed for the remainder of the semester, and buildings on campus will be locked, with employees able to get in with their university ID cards.
Students who have been living in the dorms are urged to move out, but exceptions could be made.
