Viterbo postpones commencement

Viterbo University is the latest area college to postpone its May commencement, because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

President Glena Temple says the original date of May 9th seemed “unrealistic” following the cancellation of in-classroom instruction for the semester.

The graduation will be rescheduled.

Most Viterbo students already have moved out of residence halls, and buildings on campus now have restricted access.

Public events at the Fine Arts Center have been cancelled until further notice.
