One new COVID-19 case in La Crosse, Minnesota reports single-day high in cases

One new case of COVID-19 in La Crosse County on Wednesday, a woman in her 30s that didn’t have a fever.
There have been 29 cases confirmed now, the third since Friday, and 26 have recovered.
Statewide, there were another 231 confirmed cases and eight deaths. Yesterday, Wisconsin tied a single-day high with 19 deaths.
Totals in Wisconsin: 308 deaths, 6,520 cases.
In Minnesota, there were another 18 deaths from the virus. The state has had double-digit deaths in 12 of the past 13 days. Before that, there was only one day with double-digit deaths.
Minnesota confirmed a single-day high 463 cases, which can be partially attributed to ramped up testing.
Winona County reported no new cases or deaths for the second consecutive day. The count there remains 66 cases and 14 deaths.
Totals in Minnesota: 320 deaths, 4,644 cases.
In Iowa, there were another 467 cases and 12 deaths.
Iowa totals: 148 deaths, 6,843 cases.
