Community theatre actors in La Crosse might not get back on stage until the holidays this year.

Because of the coronavirus, the La Crosse Community Theatre has postponed the coming season of shows at the Weber Center.

That includes a youth production of ‘Frozen’ which was scheduled for August.

LCT has not had live shows since March, when the play “Proof” was cancelled with two performances left.

People who have already bought season tickets for the coming season are offered the options of requesting refunds, asking for credit for another show, or donating the ticket cost to LCT.

The Onalaska Hilltopper Rotary also has called off the first round of “Great River Sound” outdoor concerts, which was supposed to begin this Tuesday, June 16th.

Rotary leaders decided they could not go ahead under current health restrictions, which would limit the audience at Dash Park in Onalaska to 50 people.

The Rotary concert schedule is off through July 14th.
