PDC man suspected of child’s death now jailed in Crawford County
A Prairie du Chien man has been arrested for the death of a three-year-old boy, after a manhunt earlier today.
Chase Harville was captured in the woods north of Prairie du Chien around 2 p.m. Friday, near the scene of the death investigation happening at a house near County Highway N.
The 29-year-old Harville is now in the Crawford County jail, and may be charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the child’s death.
The death reportedly happened early Friday.
Harville was previously convicted and sentenced to prison for child abuse in Crawford County in 2015.
